Call Center Dashboard - to show call center name instead of number and how do you get the real-time statistics to show up?
I saw the Call Center Dashboard but the stats never updated nor could I change the name from the number. Also, on the call centers to get the stats you usually have to enter a password-how do you do that?
You’re right! Sadly the API method that gets me that data ins’t accessible at the user level. Like other clients. Soon I’ll let users login their Call Centers, so that all parameters work!
I’m still not sure what’s happening to the events. We’re taking a look at them.
Is the user you’re using a supervisor for the call center?
