Additional status options
The ability to have additional statuses other than just "DND"
(also available within a user log if this becomes available)

Do those other statuses apply to the Call Center Agent’s ACD state or CommPilots status?
I'm basically just looking for something to show and track what a user is doing throughout the day. So if they are "On lunch" we can know for how long, if they use it more than once a day, how many breaks are being taken and for how long, etc. Just something a little more descriptive than the DND option. They would all essentially be "DND" as far as call routing, just a little more insight into the "why".
Nothing essential, just a request that I thought would be useful to all users, not just us.
