That means the visible dataset is allowed to be filtered. If you apply a filter, from the same filter menu, click "Clear Filters" to clear the applied filter.

Live Filters

Allows you to set dynamic filters that update if the dataset changes. This is preferred when you want to see only users that have events happening in your Busy Lamp Field.
