  3. Hosted-Exchange Integration

    It'd be awesome if other there could be integration with other Hosted Exchange providers besides Office 365.

    Even if it means the user enters credentials beyond UN/PW to include Exchange domain and/or server URL, it'd make the "business class" email/contact/calendar integration full complete as you'll have all the major players: Google, Microsoft O365, and Exchange-only providers (or providers, like us, who have separate Hosted-Exchange but also offers Office Apps powered by Office 365, which effectively emulates an Office 365 experience, if not surpasses it).

  8. Call Center Dashboard - to show call center name instead of number and how do you get the real-time statistics to show up?

    I saw the Call Center Dashboard but the stats never updated nor could I change the name from the number. Also, on the call centers to get the stats you usually have to enter a password-how do you do that?

    You’re right! Sadly the API method that gets me that data ins’t accessible at the user level. Like other clients. Soon I’ll let users login their Call Centers, so that all parameters work!

    I’m still not sure what’s happening to the events. We’re taking a look at them.

    Is the user you’re using a supervisor for the call center?

  9. Build our own Integrations

    Currently there are a few, maybe we could upload our own. Based on HTML, Javascript, and CSS. With a very basic API! With the ability to share them never-the-less!
