Where is it?

When you freshly install the Dialer, an autopromot comes up for you to get started. One of the slides asks you for your Broadsoft/Broadworks username. When you enter it and click next, the Dialer hits our servers, to see if your domain  is associated with any Service Provider.

IF TRUE

The Service Provider's configuration will be loaded into the Dialer and "PICKED" as your default.

IF FALSE

There's many more Service Providers than the ones we've preconfigured. In this case you'll have to create a custom one.
